Level 1 - $3,400
LaDow court staff provides meals, weekly studio cleaning. The resident is completely independent with care, medications, managing appointments and transportation.
~LaDow Court Staff provide all meals and weekly room cleaning and laundry services.
The Administrator working with the family and our nurse sets the level of need for each resident.
Level 2 - $3,900
LaDow court staff provide meals, weekly studio cleaning and 3 or less other items from the Aid to Daily Living List.
What About Internet?
LaDow Court utilizes Fiber to the building at 1 gb/s and offloads the Fiber to a mesh network so each room has Wi-Fi at no additional costs to the residents.
Level 3 - $4400
LaDow court staff provide meals, weekly studio cleaning and 4 or more items from the Aid to Daily Living list below.
What about Phone Service?
LaDow Court utilizes VOIP services through Wifiber which currently charges each resident $21.58 who would like the service. The service is optional for each resident. Town of Garfield currently has limited cell service through specific carriers.
Level 4 - $4900
LaDow court staff provide meals, weekly studio cleaning and Advance care or end of life care (Hospice).
Advance care shall be defined as:

Requires one-toone assistance with ambulation: or
-
Requires full assistance with toileting and/or incontinent care; or

Consistently requires numerous responses to the emergency call-system; or
-
Requires full assistance with dressing & undressing; or
-
Requires frequent wellness/safety checks by staff daily.
